When you receive your EO Profile, you will be provided with a list of roles that you suit best.

Although we then encourage you to do your own research on job posting sites to find the roles that you want to apply to, before applying you can upload the job description to our portal.

Our portal will then use the results from your personality and experiential analysis to provide you with your very own accreditation.

What is an accreditation?

EO develops an accreditation for any job description you upload. This accreditation connects to your CV to tell the employer exactly why your personality and experience suits the job in question.

We provide:

- A % match to the job description you upload.
- An explination as to why your insights discovery results suit the role.
- An explination as to why your career anchor results suit the role.
- An explination as to how your experience suits the role.

Depending on the EO package you purchase, you will get a certain amount of credits for our portal.

Please bear in mind:

1. A credit is only used if you receive over a 75% match to the role.

We pride ourselves on the recommendations we give, so if you upload a job description for a role and you do not get a match about 75% we will not charge you a token.
