At EO we believe accuracy is crucial. That is why for each recommendation we give, and every accreditation we provide, we offer an EO suitability score.
Derived from the similarity between your psychometric and experiential results and a typical, yet complex, job description , EO is able to develop a suitability score for any job role.
Graded between 1-5, this score tells you, and prospective employers, how suitable you are to the role in question. .
The scoring system?
The scoring system is simple and works from 0-5. The closer you are to 0, the better suited you are to the role. Simple as that.
Crucially, these numbers are not randomly generated. Instead, they are carefully calculated, taking all elements of a typical job description and the entirety of the information we have collated on you into account.
