Phase 1:

Upon joining the process, you will be invited to a morning with EO.

During this morning, we use a combination of experiential analysis, psychometric testing and career evaluation tools to paint a picture of what your ideal career would look like.

We then match this picture with our database of over 1000 job titles to create a shortlist of the roles that suit you most.

These results are then presented to you in your very own EO profile, alongside our full justifications for each suggestion, relevant job market information and the results from your psychometric tests.

Phase 2:

Once we have your results, we then work with you to get you hired.

You will get access to our EO accreditation service. This service provides you with an extension to your CV that tells employers why you, based on our scientific analysis of your personality, would be a good fit for their role.

You will also get access to the EO recruitment service. Here, we work directly with end employers to pitch you to them, getting your voice heard in all the right places.

Finally, we are able to offer cv and interview advice to an extent unparralled within the industry. Our depth of knowledge about who you are, and who you are applying for, allows us to give completely bespoke advice, helping you get hired.
